ACU’s Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) program has always been synonymous with quality and rigor. Ours was one of the nation’s first graduate-level social work programs to emphasize an evidence-based practice curriculum. Further, we are one of only 5% of accredited MSSW programs that require a master’s thesis. Why do we push our students to achieve more? So they can excel at promoting social justice for vulnerable persons everywhere in both service and leadership roles.
Fortified by Family Ties
Even some of life’s most challenging trials can inspire us to pursue a specific career path. Such is the case for MSSW student Kaitlin Puckett, who was inspired by the social workers who supported her family as her younger brother battled cancer.
Watch Kaitlin reminisce about interacting with social workers growing up and how ACU inspires her to try and make the same difference in others’ lives.Request Info
